~Whether you already tried For parents, then Restore Purchases

We reply within two business days. The grown-up check and Restore Purchases are inside the game, under For parents.

Privacy Policy and Support are linked in the footer.

Video and production inquiries can use the main contact form on this site. Game notes stay in the inbox above, so a missing unlock does not sit in a client thread.

In Wix, put Privacy, Support, and Contact in the footer of the Seek the Wonder page. Leave the email as visible text, not only inside a form. A form is fine as a second option. A reviewer who cannot pass a captcha still needs the address.
