3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides SSL encryption to secure data transmission. 6. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals within 45 days, as required by Tennessee’s Data Breach Notification Law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-2107), unless law enforcement determines notification would impede an investigation.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools provided by Wix.com to improve user experience and track site performance. These tools collect anonymized data, such as page visits and device information. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
